Rich at Hyatt Harborside

Has anyone worked with or heard anything about Rich, Sales Catering Manager at Hyatt Harborside?  We've seen lots of great reviews for Meghan, but haven't seen any for Rich....Any info would be greatly appreciated!! :)

    I've been working with Rich. Our wedding is next month and he's been great to work with so far. He's been very quick to respond to any questions we send him via e-mail and has been easy to meet up with at the hotel to discuss details.

    I can't speak for the day of yet (2.5 weeks away...ahh), but so far so good. :)

    Hi. We had our wedding at the Hyatt Harborside and Rich was our coordinator. (our original coordinator left and he was assigned to us) 
     He was amazing! I cannot say enough about him. He was there with any questions we had, helped with ideas and our wedding was timed and executed perfectly!
