We're doing ours on e-vite.  I figured I would say a few bucks by doing it this way.

I sent mine out separately from the wedding invites. They were letterpressed by Blush Design Studios.

In Planning Bio under "paper goods."  All of our out of town guests (there were lots) were invited, so we waited to send these until we started to get a sense of who was attending (they followed the invitations by a few weeks).
