Who will do the rehearsal?

My fiancee's Father recently passed away and as tradition he was going to be paying for the rehearsal dinner.  His parents have been divorced for years and his "step dad" was never really a dad as he was already grown when he married him mom.  We are already paying for a great deal of the wedding.  What should our plan be for the rehearsal dinner be?  Do we ask someone else? Who?  Or do we foot yet another bill ourselves?  HELP!!!

Never thought there could be so many RUDE and inconsiderate people who would actually post rude comments!!!  Thanks to the ones who were tactful!  I loved my FI's father very much and since no one knows our exact situation...how terrible for you to assume anything otherwise!  I would give anything to have him back in our lives!  Thankfully we are lucky enough to have good family and friends in our lives!  Further more why post such rude comments????  I fell for you if you have nothing better to do with your own time!
