one of my bridesmaids is looking for a quick, inexpensive, and good tailor to make a shrug for her. Any recommendations? TIA.

    hi there.  sorry to piggy-back on your note -- but did you get any replies because I'm potentially looking for the same thing -- only a tailor, seamstress to make bridal bolero out of extra fabric (same as dress) for myself? tx
