MOH HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING!! HELP!!

My sister is getting married in a year and we want to do a wedding on a budget, so basically where I'm at is a venue for the ceremony and reception. I would like it to be in the same place if possible. I'm looking for something thats a blank canvas but supplies plates silverware glasses etc. We want to cater ourselves, provide our own entertainment, & decorate ourselves. PLEASE WHERE DO I FIND A PLACE THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE THIS FOR ABOUT 250 PEOPLE???? HELP!!!

    bronx museum of art, , aurora gallery. im having my wedding at the bronx museum, its 250 an hr, 280 if you want the terrace, rooms can hold 60-300 people, there's a huge white room that holds up to 300 people.
