Yes. It's also courteous to invite the officiant or pastor and his/her spouse.

Not only spouses, but any SOs as well...if you have a RB or FG their parents should be invited too

Always.  We also invited everyone's BF/GF if they were in relationships.  We didn't invite our single WP members with dates to the RD, but did for the wedding.

Absolutely.  And if your WP has dates that they are traveling with to be at your wedding they should be invited.

And the SO applies to ANYONE involved in the ceremony.  If you have a reader then his/her SO is invited too.

Yes.  All SOs get invited (whether they're married or dating).  All ceremony participants are invited.  And, any ceremony participants who are under age should also have their parents invited to the RD.  (I'd include any other siblings they might have who are not also in the wedding, too, personally.)
