Hey I sprained my toe. Do you think it would be okay to run? This might be a stupid question. Also, hope you are doing well.

Ugh, I stubbed my toe on a chair this morning getting ready for school.

Rick- I know FI did this last year and it took him awhile before he could run again. Not that he shouldn't more that it just hurt to bad.
You might try taping it to the next one in to at least keep it stable. But I'm sure Brie may have better advice.

Hmm...I honestly don't know.  I'm definitely not a doctor or trainer.

Generally, if something hurts in an injury-kinda way, I skip it.  If it hurts, I'd stop.  GL!

Yeah, I just figured since you have had so many feet problems you could tell me if the pain could be bearable during a run. Does that make sense?

Yeah, I don't really know.  Since my problem is blisters, I know that they won't kill me or really cause any permanent damage.  I'm not so much on the injury/muscle pain front.

Any updates on your feet brie? Are they doing any better? I have an appointment with a podiatrist next month - I have a feeling theyre the root cause of my knee problems and shin splints. Im really excited to go!

I have a bunion so I totally understand foot trouble.

I'd like to know how your foot is too, Brie. I didn't realize it was blisters that were giving you trouble!
