What's the best place for a small intimate ceremony (under 50 guests)?

We're thinking of having a small ceremony in March of 2013 somewhere in NY.  Any ideas of something that's not too pricey?  We like the idea of places with views, places near the beach/water, or even outdoors if there was a way to work with March weather.

    If you like views, try the 3 West Club on 51st 5th Avenue.  They have an amazing solarium that overlooks Fifth Avenue, St. Patrick's and Radio City.

    With 50 guests you can have the ceremony and reception in the Solarium. It starts around $140 per person and is gorgeous!
