REMINDER FOR OUR GUESTS

What is the correct way to inform/remind our guests that we have a wedding website where they can find important information re: our wedding....Ex: Deadline to reserve hotel rooms at a discounted room block rate and wedding registry information.
Can we include something like a small card with our wedding website on it in the formal invitation?

You should have separate accomodation cards detailing room block info to put in with the invitation. I don't think I'd put a wedding website in the actual invitation. I think word of mouth is best.

FWIW, as a guest, I really don't care too much about wedding websites....I think it's more for the bride. All the relevant info should be on the invite. And if I'm out of town, I'll book my room from the info on the accomodation card or through Expedia. I really don't need much else.
• Have a separate card with your invitations with hotel info. You can include the website on this card or another one. "For more information please visit our website: http://www.blahblahblah"
• Huh. I think the exact opposite. I like wedding websites as a guest.

And it's perfectly acceptable to put the wedding website on a separate card in the invitation envelope.
• An accommodations/additional information card is absolutely acceptable in the invitation and would be the perfect place to list a wedding website.

I am doing this.
• We are doing a separate card with our wedding website listed along with the hotel info. We are doing an online RSVP so everyone will have to visit our website anyway. I'm a big fan of them, esp when attending out of town weddings!

RSVP Deadline: March 9th
• not sure when your date is but if you havent sent your save the dates include the info with the STDs.

If not I see no harm in including it with the invitations as long as it isnt on the invitation itself.

• We put our wedding website on the accommodation card. There was too much information to put on the card ... For example our hotel will pick guests up from a certain airport and take them back but it has to be reserved in advance, etc
