    Sally Duvall -- she's based in New Jersey, but comes to SI.  My cousin got married on 8/28/09 and used her (she lives on Todt Hill) and Sally came there.  Her sister is getting married this June, and is also using her, and Sally came to her for the trial (extra fee) and will come to her on the day of.  You can have a trial in her studio in the Lower East Side or go to her in New Jersey.
