Budget Outdoor Ceremony/Reception Venue

Does anyone know of any nice outdoor venues to hold my wedding (both ceremony and reception) within a few hours of raleigh. Even just over the border in VA or SC  is possible I'm on a 5k dollar budget and a lot of the places i'm finding are 5k for just the venue.

I'm looking for a laid back farm or barn  type venue or something with atleast a "country" atmosphere.

Check out city parks and rec.  I know Raleigh had tons of places for reasonable rental fees

the problem i found with parks is "no alcohol allowed"

Bass Lake in Holly Springs (20mins from Raleigh) allows for both indoor or outdoor ceremonies and receptions. They're pretty reasonable and allow beverages, however I think you have to have a cop on duty there (Im not sure how much that rate is).

Lake Johnson in Raleigh is the same I *think*.

The actual buildings that they rent, alcohol is allowed though:

Check out Montague Pond in Raleigh. We hadvour RD ther. It's beautiful. For a wedding, I'd think about a tent, though.
