Poems/Reading Ideas

I know there has been some posts on this, but what are some poems/readings everyone has done or planning on doing?  I'm still trying to decide and would just like to hear more ideas on specific ones.  Thanks!

    We are having a non-religious ceremony so we are having two readings: 1) A letter from Mark Twain to his wife on their wedding day (found it on the internet).  Fi is named after MT. 2) An excerpt from The Alchemist, which is on the knot's suggested readings.  This is also one of my favorite books.

    The poem "How Do I Love Thee" by Elizabeth Barrett Browning is a classic. Easily found on the internet.
