FMIL has casually asked me if I wanted a bridal shower several times, as well as referenced throwing one. My general response is "that'd be great" or "that would be very generous" or something of the like.
FI's family lives mostly in the city where we are getting married. We're going there again this weekend for Pre-Cana, so as we get closer to the date I'm sure this topic will come up again. Anyone have a better, more obvious (but still polite) answer I can try? I really don't want to have to tell her it's not my job to decide if a shower will happen or not...
