I am sorry, but I am calling bullsh!t on her not planning on ever engaging in sex with the dog. Why the "marriage," in that case? Seriously, plenty of people cuddle their dogs, it doesn't occur to most of them that this somehow turns the dog into a spouse. At the very least, I would contact a local psych hospital or hotline for the mentally ill to ask what you can do to help your cousin. Dog sex or no, she has a serious screw loose.

This isn't true. That's why it's called an investigation, FFS. If I felt that a child was being abused in some way, I would call and report it so the authorities can INVESTIGATE, since, you know, they have fucking AUTHORITY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I know that it's about a dog and not a child, but the same logic applies.

LadyO-I'm glad that your brother WASN'T being abused, but what if he was, and then he would have gotten the help he needed. Because you can't see that, apparently your world IS black and white.

Ok she is taking normal pet affection as the dog expressing romantic love to her. This is not ok. My dogs "kiss" and cuddle me but I do not interpret it the same way. The dog is just being a dog. They naturally gravitate toward pleasing humans or their OWNERS... Emphasis on that word. It sounds like she is desperate for attention and affection and is interpreting the dogs actions as something way beyond what it really is.
