Place Card Holders

Are any of you using place card holders? Necessary or not?

So not necessary imo, we just did the usual. they just get thrown away at the end anyway.  Unless u wanted that to double as your favor.

We got shamrock placeholders.  We are having a photobooth and figure they can double as photo clips.

Anytime I've gotten one at a wedding I've usually left it behind without realizing.  If it is something inexpensive like wine corks, or something that doubles as a favor like for photobooth pics, I can understand.  But otherwise, I think tented cards make the most sense.

We didn't use any. I just made my own cards and used a ribbon. I think they came out really cute:

Us too... we printed them out and used square shaped cards to be different.  On the inside of the fold was our photo share site information.

We got little silver beaded frames from Christmas Tree Shoppe.  People can take them home as a gift.

Thanks everyone! I think I'm not going to buy them and use the money for something else bc I already bought favors.

We just used the cards the venue gave us.  They get thrown out anyway, don't waste extra money on it.

Yea we are using wine corks. FI & I drink enough wine we figure we'd do something productive with them. I just hope it's not a reflection on us as to how much wine we drink in a year lol
