How much should I tip the maitre'd? There is a 22% service fee already added.

    I say if the maitre'd does an awesome job, I would give 300-500.

    Warning: you're going to annoy people if you bump a bunch of threads to ask one question.  

    From my understanding, the "service fee" at Rockleigh is unique in that it isn't a tip.  But I'd ask the person you're working with there to see what is included and what isn't.

    I wouldn't give an additional tip. They're already getting 22%. lol
