Bridesmaid Shoe...DILEMMA!!

My girls are planning on wearing horzion blue and yet I have NO clue with what color shoe to put them in! Our other colors are lemon yellow and burnt orange! We are having a rustic wedding, so in my opinion sliver will clash because nothing we are doing is sliver. Also another problem I do not want them to wear blue shoes because I plan to wear blue! Send ideas or words of wisdom.. thanks! Dress below:

What about pale yellow shoes? My girlfriend did this for her wedding party and it looked cute :) they had a similar color blue for their dresses.

I always think of silver as a neutral. You also could go darker with pewter, or bronze, although bronze could be tricky. Nude shoes are huge right now and they look terrific with bright colors. They also should be pretty easy to find. Good luck!

Just a regular brown?  Those were the same dresses we had, and I let everyone wear whatever color they wanted.  Most wore silver, but one bm wore brown and it looked fine.  I think brown would look good with yellow and orange also (burnt orange was my other color).  A bronze color would look good too.

A plus to brown, if you let everyone pick their own shoe, is your bridesmaids may already have a nice brown shoe, or at least would be able to wear them again.

Let them pick out their own shoes so they will be comfortable in what they are wearing.

I think Nude shoes would be great! Like PP said, they are very popular right now so they wouldn't be hard to find.

Why not black?  I'd let them wear any black shoes they wanted.

Our BM dresses are horizon blue and they are wearing a darker silver (pewter) shoe, it looks great! Nothing else is silver in our wedding, but it comes off very neutral and still  dressy.  I think a nude would look cute too!

I'm not a fan of matching bridesmaid shoes.  Shoes are such a personal thing and being in uncomfortable shoes makes me miserable.  I couldn't enjoy a wedding if I were forced to wear uncomfortable shoes.  And just because you, or a couple people think a shoe is comfortable, doesn't mean I will.

Lots of colors would look fine.  If you'd like them to stay away from blue because that's what you're wearing then say so.

Ditto on the matching shoes. As long as folks have guidance on a color, or if you hate sandals or peep toes, they'll have a much better time in comfortable shoes.

I think silver would be just fine! No one is going to be looking at the BM's feet to see if they coordinate with the tablecloths and centerpieces. There are so many silver shoes out there that your BMs would have a much easier time finding shoes they like than with just about any other color.

Nude shoes are very in right now and go with everything, I don't think you would ever regret having them wear nude, and they can definitely always wear them again!
