Honeymoon Spots - Mountains (advice needed)

Hey NC ladies!

My FI and I are trying to get our ideas solid for our honeymoon (July 2011). We are looking for:

good food

comfortable setting

relaxation

couples massage / spa / pool / hot tub

wouldn't mind some local artistic attraction or sight-seeing / kodak moments

privacy / not a kid-attraction

We initially thought of the beach, but we go to the beach a lot, so now we're thinking mountains, maybe NC mountains, maybe elsewhere.  I think the point is we want to go somewhere that we can have "us" time and not be hounded by a bunch of kids (I am a teacher and he used to be a teacher)... and we want to not spend an arm and a leg on hotel or resort type places.  

Any recommendations?  TIA.

Cold mountain cabins is very remote and has a private jacuzzi.  it's about a 30 minute drive to asheville and from there you could see biltmore estate, etc. or travel west to the blue ridge parkway.

ETA: I forgot to add this earlier.  NC has a natural hot springs area near Asheville.  I haven't been to the springs, but the town is really quaint and awesome.  http://www.hotspringsnc.org/

Wow thanks for the suggestions!  We'll keep these in mind.  Any other suggestions would certainly be appreciated, even if it's out of NC, flying, driving, or train.
