Hey ladies !Okay so i have a little over 9 months before  the wedding and i'm trying to grow my hair longer!!   Any suggestions, ideas, shampoos, magic pills lol????   Help !

I know prenatal vitamins are supposed to make your hair and nails grow like crazy. Not sure what vitamin in them it is, or how safe it is for non-pregnant women to take them, but may be worth looking into. You can also just get clip in extensions for the day! That's what I would do if I needed length.

If you start taking prenatals be warned that they can make you VERY nauseous...I used to take them before I went to bed while I was preggo for that reason :/I guess just get regular haircuts...I think that is supposed to make your hair grow fasterAnd if all else fails...get some good extensions

Prenatals are good but only the prescription ones plus they can make you sick. I would suggest eatting healthly and adding a daily vitamin to your diet. If it doesn't grow as long as you would like get clip in extensions I got 14inch euronext ones from sallys and no one can tell that i have extensions in.

When I worked at Rite Aid, there was a product called Knox Hair and Nails... I tried searching it, but couldn't find it. Though DrugStore.com has a section of their site related to vitamins for this: http://www.drugstore.com/qxc85210_333181_sespider/skin_hair_and_nail_supplements/skin_hair_and_nail_supplements.htm Don't know how well any of that stuff works, but most items have reviews. It's worth a look.

i am taking prenatal vitamins now and am not pregnant. took them while i was pregnant too, didn't have any problems. i think the folic acid is what helps your hair grow...but don't quote me on that! i actually started taking them becah my contacts and advise i read on forum about amino acids...i have been growing mine out for the last 9 months. it has grown more in the last six months when i started doing regular six to eight week cuts.

Awesome  thanks a bunch ladies. guess i should also lay off the  flat iron a while.. guess i need to embrace my curly hair and get regular cuts .
