G'boro Bridal Party Transportation

Does anyone have bridal party transporation recommendations? i have 5 BM and my fiance has 5 GM... My reception site is about 1 mile from the ceremony site, so it seems silly to hire a limo and pay hundreds of dollars when I can literally walk there (not sure if everyone else would be okay with this though and depends on weather- Sept. wedding.) Also, fiance isn't a big fan of the horse and carriage idea...

    Personally, I'd just worry about transportation for you and your FI, and let your wedding party sort themselves out.  With 5 BM and 5 GM and all of their dates, you're looking at transporting 22 people (including you and your FI)  to/from both wedding and reception.  If you're considering only transporting only your WP and not their dates, it's both rude and wasteful, since their dates will have to drive anyway. 

    You could hire an antique car for you and your FI.  Or rent a really nice car or something like that.
