Has anyone hosted an event here, or are currently planning one? We are trying to set up a casual rehearsal dinner for 20 people in their chocolate lounge but my contact is throwing me off. She doesn't seem accommodating, helpful or even really that friendly to be honest. Just curious on others feedback or expeirences

    We had a group dinner there the first night everyone was in town. I just went on opentable.com and made a reservation for 20 people (I think that was the max allowed). I believe you can make reservations 2-3 months out. Unless you want a private room or a set menu, it's probably the easier way to go.

    i emailed them yesterday for wedding reception and got an email this morning so far so good.  she sent me info on preset menus prices/ alcohol prices as well.  she said we can do a candy/goody bar for take home stuff.  Im in beginning stages of getting info.

    I had the same experience as OP. I got a bunch of info, inquired about booking and was left hanging. I love the place, though...

    yeah i originally got a bunch of info, menus, etc. Then when I asked a ton of questions, nothing back. I had to keep emailing to finally get an answer. Now i just feel like she isn't that helpful or doesnt care......but i guess its hard to tell in an email.

    well i sent a 2nd email with pricing questions and tweeking of  menu we see what happens.  i give most places 24 hrs to respond if nothing i move on

    My sister is planning the bachelorette party dinner there, I'm not exactly sure how that's going yet but I'll check in with her to see if you like! Actually I need to anyhow.

    They seem like they get a lot of people going there so I can kind of see why they tend to leave people hanging. I need to help my sister find a backup option just in case. I really want to go to the Voo Doo Lounge (their food is so good) but I hate how far off the strip it is. =/ Rio needs to be closer lol.
