Hey y'all! My FI and I live in Florida, 6 hours away from eachother and we're getting married at Lake Gaston, NC. We're good on a venue and a photographer but I'm struggling a little bit with the things I actually need to be there to see/taste. Does anyone have any catering recommendations for the surrounding area?
We're both in the military and it's hard for us to both take leave due to deployments, etc. I had to ask my parents to try one caterer but I'm still not completely sure about it. We're planning to go up for Labor Day weekend but I don't want to slam the whole weekend with wedding appointments but that might just be what we have to do.
