• Oh, this sounds like fun! So how many people have you got coming and what is the age group? Do you have gatherings with your family at home (in that case - what are you guys into, do you chat or play games etc) or are you all far apart from each other? Do both families know each other?

• Age range is 18 through 61... I'm gonna trying to see what reception things I will add.. Dj Food Full bar TV's in suite Video games in suite I'm thinking like what dance activities (like first dance..etc) Do we have people give speeches.. I want it relaxed and fun

• We are also looking to keep things relaxed and fun. We will have our announcements at 7 followed by dinner and speeches then first dance and cake cutting. We are also having a DJ to keep things moving and keep everyone dancing. Our open bar is for 4 hours since most people are looking to hit the casinos and clubs afterwards, because of the overwhelming response to everyone going to Vegas and going to the casinos we are giving as our party favors rolls of nickles that say thank you for helping us celebrate we ask you to join us in the casino after the reception to try your luck.

• WIth my in-suite, everyone just ate, drank and talked. I also had Travis Allen come. I think you will find that everyone will have a blast, even if you don't have planned activities.

• Thanks Ladies... I am hoping they will all have fun as well. I was also thinking of going out afterwards..

Another question.... We plan to have transpo from the CoF to Orleans for the reception, but I wasnt sure about transpo afterwards... Since Orleans is not on the strip.. What do you guys think??

I'm not sure what to do about this either. Most of our guests will be staying downtown, but our reception is at PH. I'm providing transportation to the chapel from Golden Nugget, but no idea what to do afterward because we don't know when everyone will leave. Also, I'm sure different people will leave at different times. I'm looking forward to hearing suggestions for this one.

• I did not provide transportation afterwards as guests all left at different times. However, my reception was at Planet Hollywood which had easy taxi access. If I would have been off the Strip, I may have offered one option to those who would want it. I think you can get taxis fairly easy at The Orleans, however.

I had some people leave at 11pm, some leaft at 2am. It just depends on your crowd.

I'm doing transportation from COF to Orleans but not after. I decided since everyone will be leaving at different times and Orleans does run shuttle service to the strip it wouldn't be necessary.

• How many people are coming? What DJ did you go with?in our invitations we are going to ask who will be joining us after the reception so we can get on a enterance list for the pub we want to go to afterthe reception. We have the suite till midnight but I am sure we will all start to depart before hand.
• we are going to have around 30-40 people.. and dj godzilla... I guess i will try to get an idea of how many people will go out after.

I spoke to Jay about this and he said guests can use the shuttle however if almost full they will take hotel guests first and others will have to wait for the next shuttle. Here is what he emailed me:
The Orleans offers free shuttle service to its sister property the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino as well as the Las Vegas strip. The shuttle operates 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 12:30 AM and picks up guests approximately every 30 - 45 minutes from the hotel's Tropicana Avenue entrance. The last shuttle will leave Bill's Gambling Hall at 12:30 AM. Coast Casinos hotel guests will receive priority seating on all shuttles.

• ok.. thanks.. That will work.. people can then ride the shuttle back to the strip.. I will make sure they know it and plan accordingly..lol
