6th Street Ballroom in Topeka

Has anyone rented or attended an event at the 6th St. Ballroom in downtown Topeka?  I'd like reviews.  The place seems nice online but is A LOT pricier than any other similar place in town.  Is it worth the price?

It is SO beautiful there! Honestly though, I'm 50/50 on whether it's worth the price. It's gorgeous though, and the people there were really nice. My sister had her wedding reception there 2 years ago.

I just booked it for March, I loved the older feel of it! We got it for Friday and Saturday so we could host our rehearsal dinner there, too.

It is gorgeous, but I can tell you it will be pricier than other locations. My FI is a DJ and they charge extra for it because it is hard to get equipment into.
