My fiance and I have our hearts set on having our ceremony\reception at The Congress Ballroom at The President Hotel (although we have yet to physically go to the location). I have heard great things from a few friends, and a few blogs...but we have a budget! Does anyone have any information on this venue? Especially looking for pricing info. Our budget is between $10,000-$15,000...definately no more. I love this location and will be so sad if we cannot afford it!
