Reception Options

I have a crazy number of guests on my guest list, and I am trying to find a nice, affordable place for a reception in the Grand Rapids area. I have a little under 300 people who we plan to invite; some of them are out of town, so they might not make it but I need to prepare in case they do. Any ideas or suggestions?

We are using Brann's Catering and Conferance Center. Their place hold upto 300 ppl. THey just redecorated and it is very nice inside. They have a TON of menue options and are pretty resonable on price, we are paying $18 per person and we have selected their most expensive buffet.
