city flats hotel

 anyone had or been to a wedding at the city flats hotel? my fiance and I love the ballroom there. just wondering If the people are easy to deal with If they are flexible. and if the wedding itself went smoothly.

    I don't know if this is entirely helpful or not.  I was looking into there a couple months ago.  I waited weeks to finally get some answers from someone about the rental.  The woman in charge was hard to get a hold of, she is never in her office and took a long time to respond to emails.  It could have been just bad timing and it might have got better since I was trying to talk with them but that has been my experience so far.  Everyone we dealt with was nice though.
