Reception site: the B.O.B?

Anyone have any experience with this place? I see they have high reviews and a plus is that the DJ they have you use is real good, which is a plus. According to some reviews this place is quite affordable for those on somewhat of a budget.

My wedding would have 40 max guests (approx.)

I don't know anything about the B.O.B. as a wedding reception venue, but I've been to a paper show on the top level that was catered and there appeared to be enough room and the setup worked well.
