How much is a reasonable amount to spend if we do beer/wine for about 100 people? We're kinda beer snobs, so it'd most likely be expensive-ish beer and cheap wine.
What about if we want some (cheaper) liquor too? Is there a rule-of-thumb per person cost?
What are you guys doing? No booze/open bar/cash bar? Beer/wine/liquor/all of the above?
