Peru In venues?

Hello :) i just moved to Peru IN from Philadelphia PA.  I did event planning there but I am really at a loss here.  It is a whole different world.  Now i am planning my wedding and the church is in peru in.  i am looking for halls and caterers and id like to spend less not more... any suggestions?

    I am having my reception at the Firehouse Community Center on Main Street in Peru.  It's pretty cool, a restored firehouse.  It's $38.50/hr while in use which I didn't think was bad at all!  I'm not sure about caterers though.  I think we are doing all our food ourselved but not sure yet.  Have you researched flowers or cakes in the area yet?  I am still trying to figure these two out.
