I will be providing my guests with 'finger food' during cocktail hour, a candy buffet, and cake/cupcakes. I need to find a caterer to serve a light dinner. All of the caterers I have looked into are either too pricey for my budget or too pricey AND too picky about what else I'm going to offer during the reception. I am looking for possibly an independent caterer in the Bloomington area of Indiana or any caterer that is reasonably priced. With the money that we're spending on the other options, I would like to keep the meal below $10/person (including taxes and services charges). I've found a caterer that is $11/person plus 25% (tax and service charge) and plus a fee for catering to an outside venue. I'm trying to see if I can possibly find an even better deal than that. I'm not getting married until May 2013 so I'm using this time to try to find options that will save us money. Oh, and we will not have alcohol during our reception as we (and the majority of our guests) do not drink.
