I've seen this one on other boards, some specifically do "Dear FI/DH", but I like the idea of keeping it open to whomever you feel the need to write to.

example:
Dear Facebook,
Thanks for being incredibly slow and useless tonight.  I had a really tough Monday and wanted to actually chat with people.  I appreciate you freezing up over and over again.

    Dear MOH AND BM,
    I love you both and you mean the world to me, but when I asked you to be in my wedding party it so you could help support me not the other way around.  You know I am there for you through everything but what about when I need you?  It takes me 2 weeks everytime I need to chat just to get you to pick up your phone or return even a text message  WTF??
