Renting a Place for Guests?

Hi everyone-

I am starting to look into renting someplace near Portland to house my bridal party and a few out of town guest-friends.  Basically a place where a bunch of us could stay together for a week around the wedding.

Many of our friends are coming fro LA, and will be making a vacation of the trip to Maine for the 4th of July 2013.

It was my hope to find a vacation home to rent so we could all stay together.  Any suggestions?

I would suggest the OOB area or the Sebago area but it will not be cheap for any place on the week because of the fourth

I hightly recommend the Ocean Park area. It's a mile up the beach from Old Orchard Beach and they have some phenomenol large cottages for rent.  That is a really popular week, so I suggest you contact them early.  http://www.tamarack-realty.com Good luck!
