So....we originally were thinking Antigua....then switched and booked our honeymoon at Excellence in Playa Mujeres. We LOVE the Excellence Resort and had been at the one in the Dominican for a wedding. We reserved the room and this past week, went to book the flight. Then my fiance drops the "I'm not super excited about Mexico" bomb on me!!!

We went back to our original plan of Antigua and we are SUUUPPPPER excited!!! We didn't go there in the first place because all of the flights were 3+ stops from Boston! OR they were over 20hours with layovers....not the way I wanted to begin the honeymoon! We found non-stop, 4-hour flights from NY, so we are planning on hiring a livery service to drive us the NY the night before our 8:30am flight
We are staying at the Sandals there...and booked this RIDICULOUS suite!!! It's an "Ultra Luxury Ocean Villa Suite with Private Pool!!"
We are all booked - room and flight! No turning back now!! We are both estatic
