PSA: For Those of you DIYing your Cake Server

So I know a lot of us are planning to DIY our cake serving set, and I just picked this one up from Crate & Barrel yesterday.  It was only $10.95 ($11.61 after taxes).  I ordered online & picked up at the store, so I saved on shipping while assuring that they'd have it before I drove all the way out there for it.  It's great quality (and have some good weight to them), affordable, and looks perfect for adding my rhinestones.

Just wanted to share for those of you who are still looking for an affordable set

I don't know if they need to look a certain way before you start decorating them, but Joann's has some for $7.99, plus they always have those 40% off coupons in the Sunday paper, bringing it down to under $5, yay!

That's my plan if my fiance's parents don't still have their set for us to use.
