This is an update from the mesh post last week My mother and I both called twice about the situation and both times we were told the same thing, that it would take 3-4 days to get an answer from management and they didn't know if they would cover shipping back.
We had to write a detailed letter to them with pictures, and we stated that I spoke to girls on the knot that never had a problem. Well, the same day I wrote the letter, they joined the knot and found my post on the DIY board and used it to not only advertise for themselves but to tell me to contact the company so they could exceed my expectations.
How is it that it will take 3-4 days to get back to me but it only takes a few minutes to find me on the internet? FISHY!
