Please, I need your advice.
I'm having a "small" ceremony with that will only accommodate 50-60 guests, which include "close" family (which includes extended family that basically raised us) and 6 close friends (who are ushers and in the wedding party). After the ceremony, I will have a reception for about 150 people, which are more friends of the family, distant relatives, co-workers, schoolmates etc. This list is primarily friends of our parents who would be offended if we did not invite them to any part of our celebration.
So that I clarify (because I didn't on another board), the venue that provides space for the ceremony is a museum attached to the reception hall. The ceremony space is small, and can only accommodate 50-60 people.
I'm trying to complete the invitations, but I have no idea how to do this (I'm assuming it is possible to do in the first place). How do you invite 60 people to attend a ceremony and reception, and 110 people to attend the reception only? How do I do this without confusion?
