A few months ago I found a website that had a flat rate for the design of wedding invitations. They would create the design, send it to you, and then you could print it at home. I thought that I had sent the link to myself, but cannot seem to find the email, and came here hoping someone might be able to direct me to the website. It may or may not have some form of "belle" or "bella" in the name.
