SENDING OUT SAVE THE DATE??

I AM GETTING MARRIED SEPTEMBER 7TH 2013... MY QUESTION IS.... WE ARE LOOKING INTO SAVE THE DATES TO SEND OUT... HOW SOON BEFORE THE WEDDING SHOULD WE SEND THEM OUT? 

ANNND DO WE JUST SEND TO OUT OF TOWN FRIENDS AND FAMILY? OR EVERYONE?

    Send out your save the dates within the next month, or don't send them at all.

    It is kind to send them to all guests and will allow everyone on your guest list to start to make arrangemetns, but it's not a requirement as save the dates themselves are not a requirement.

    Send them by the end of February, at a minimum to those who need extra time to make travel and time-off arrangements.
