Calligraphy

Would it be okay to use a stamp for the response card envelopes if the stamp is in a nice script font? This seems much easier then having to handwrite out 150 of my own address with my terrible handwriting.

Also, if I don't want and don't have the extra cash to invest in a calligrapher, what suggestions does anyone have for addressing the invites (I have the worst handwritting, and I really don't want to put any of my friends through addressing things because I can't)...

Re: Calligraphy

  • I think that response card rules are much more fluid. Since it's the same address over and over, we're using a custom stamp we got on etsy.
  • I think the stamp is fine. We just printed a bunch of nice, silverly address labels and used that for the return on the response card. I didn't feel like writing the same address over and over either, how boring.
