My finacee is the third in his family with his name. So for example his name is John Smith III. We chose a font for our invitations that we really want but it makes his III look like big swirly I's not Roman numerals. Some advice that I have seen is to type "the third" after his name or just forget it altogether. If we add "the third" after his name, it takes up two lines on the invitation. If we skip it, then I feel like we are taking something away from his family. Has anyone enountered something like this and what did you do?
