RSVP Cards

If i am giving the guest the option to reply by phone, email or mail should i still put a stamp on all the RSVP cards?

Kind of at a loss on how to do this.

I am thinking of doing them post card size so they dont need an evelope....

Whats your thoughts...

Re: RSVP Cards

  • Definitely stamp them. I am old school about certain things, and RSVPs are one of them. I would never, unless there were no other options, choose to RSVP online or by phone, and I would be annoyed if my RSVP card had no stamp.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

  • Definitely stamp them.  I've never heard about putting first class postage on them if they go in an envelope.  Once you take it out of the envelope and mail it, how would the post office know?

That said, the RSVP is very, very important to your wedding planning because it will determine how much food to order, how many tables you'll need/centerpiece arrangements, and on and on.   I, personally, would not use one, but that's your decision.
