Stationary theme - opinions, please!

I'm new to the boards. I'm having a destination wedding in Las Vegas on May 15. My fiance and I love Vegas, but I don't want a Vegas-themed wedding. We are having an outdoor garden wedding and I'm having trouble deciding on a theme for our wedding stationary (STDs and invites).

Wedding color: watermelon pink

Option 1: Destination theme. I'm thinking luggage tag-shaped STDs, boarding pass invites, possibly favors that match this theme.

Option 2: Garden / flower theme. I'm thinking colorful flowers - think tropical colors - on white paper with a watermelon pink border or ribbon to match the tropical garden location.

I'm biased - watermelon pink is in our colors, we're having a garden wedding, and we have a dahlia theme.  Check out the Paper and Templates section of my bio for more.

I like the garden theme.  I would think the travel theme could get kind of hokey.

Well, I found this invitation kit last night that I LOVE so dilemma solved - pink & orange floral it is!

Plus, the kit makes 50 invites but we only need 14 (26 guests) so I figure I can use it for all sorts of things ... I don't plan on using RSVP cards so I can make STDs out of those, use the extra ribbon for favors, make thank you cards out of the extra jackets and menu cards from the extra invites. More than worth $40!

What if you don't have a theme at all and just have crisp lines with white and watermelon pink?
