Is it okay to send out the hotel information when sending out my save the date's? Or is it only appropriate to send this information with the formal invitation? My wedding is in a beach town on a busy holiday weekend next year so I would like to give my guests as much time as possible to finalize plans.
Also- when sending out the hotel accomodation information what kind of paper should it be printed on? Meaning a thicker sheet of paper, or is a sheet of generic computer paper acceptable?
