    I don't know ... but you might be able to find it on MyFonts.com.  Once at the home page, click on "What the Font" ... you can upload your image and that begins a search.

    The script looks like Feel to me and I would guess the print is one of the copperplates.

    What the font and Identifont are sites I use when I can't place a typeface. If you are looking to use the font dafont is a great free font site :)

    That's feel script 

    But you might be able to find something closer (and free) on the above sites.
