I am having a buffet reception with 2 options: a beef and a crab cake, which should satisfy most of our guests' dietary preferences. However, I want to find out which guests need a vegetarian option as a substitute. How do I word a response card when I don't want to ask for a meal choice, only if a vegetarian meal needs to be prepared? Thanks!
