Are there any other invitation professionals on here? I typically do a quote and then a contract. However I have a bride right now that is having a wedding close to a year from now. I'm finding it difficult to provide a quote when my prices may be changing. I guess not so much my prices but the printing, envelopes, paper etc. Can I use the wording "order must be complete within 120 days of signed contract"?
