Need help

We are having our reception out of the city that we and the majority of our guests live outside of. We are planning on renting a room at a nearby hotel for the night and I plan on seeing if I can reserve a block of rooms at a discounted price for other guests. What I'm trying to figure out now is if some guests do decide to get a room a) how will they get from hotel to reception or vise versa and b) how would I work it into my invites?
