newbies: We post here to keep each other accountable for diet and fitness leading up to the big day especially!

Yesterday:
D - Wendy's pecan apple chicken salad + nuggets..my usual late meal before a morning run
Sweets - some PB m & ms

Today:
Workout - Early am 5k
B - 1/2 almond treat and tiny piece of cuban from local bakery (we went after FI's Dr appt)

To do:
L - rest of 1/2 cuban w/baby spinach salad
S - plum + greek yogurt
D - something light like fro yo
