This weekend:
I ate fairly healthy for it being Memorial Day weekend! We went to the beach on Sunday so I mostly just drank water on the beach and we all brought fruit to snack on before eating at a beach bar afterwards. Sunday we worked so had the usual and then yesterday went to see Bridesmaids...Finally! Omg so funny! and I had good snacks.
Workouts:
FINISHED INSANITY FRIDAY! I started this week working out on Sunday and did a 2 mile run with back/bis...holy sore was I! Then did Max Interval Plyo for an hour yesterday and plan to just run today. Feels great to get back into it!
Today:
B - Chobani blueberry
S - apple sauce, fruit
L - salad w/shrimp
